1- Adoptability
You are the best person to flash on the help you need. An initial call will provide a deep understanding of the challenges you are facing, and define a clear problem statement.
2- Being Present
For progress to be achieved this needs to be a two-way stream, you will be expected to be committed to these coaching sessions, not only by attending but also by wanting to be fully there.
3- Practice Makes Progress
The coaching sessions include several tools and techniques to tackle different challenges. You will speak about your experience with using these exercises after each module, to assess progress and adjustments along the way.
4- A Personalized Plan
As a second step, you will be presented with a customized action plan that identifies the areas of focus and an estimated timeline for the coaching sessions.
