For years, I searched for a simple, meaningful definition of leadership. The best I could come up with? Leadership is vision in motion.

Leaders are individuals with a clear vision and an unstoppable drive to bring it to life. They navigate the highs and lows, embrace challenges, and maintain focus- whether the path ahead is made of rainbows or darkness. Leaders keep their eyes focused on the pig picture and complete work with high quality.
But leaders aren’t just visionaries; they are:
