You do not need to do much: 

  • Time Commitment: 30 minutes to 1 hour per day for 30 days.
  • Best Learning Environment: A quiet space with minimal distractions.
  • Tools Needed: A laptop, a journal, and an open mind.
  • Reflection: Be prepared to dive deep—some questions will challenge you to confront past experiences and future aspirations.

Pro Tip: I personally like to light a scented candle, enjoy a hot beverage, and take time for deep reflection when answering each question. Find what works for you!
