Our final destination? Your personalized Leadership Development Plan, a roadmap to becoming the leader you aspire to be. 

Today, we arrive at: Mirror View Station How do others see you as a leader?   

Great leaders reflect, not only inwardly but through the lens of others to widen their perspective. Today, you’ll explore how your leadership shows up in the eyes of those around you and what patterns are emerging. 

Reflect. Write. Grow. Gaining external perspective helps you see yourself more clearly.

Reflective Questions

Here are some questions to help you reflect deeper. 

Step into their shoes and gain a broader perspective! 

Think about how your team, peers, or colleagues might describe you. 

    • Reflect on positive interactions—what do they appreciate about you? 
    • Reflect on difficult moments—what might they struggle with or misunderstand? 

Look for recurring traits, both positive and challenging.   

Going back to reflect on previous meetings, interactions, and situations with others will help you find patterns, discover common traits you currently have. If positive, then you know the skills you have that enable you to shine. However, the conflicting and painful situations are those precious experiences that will reveal the skills (gaps) that you can start adding to your roadmap for learning. At this stage we only want to define them,
