Reflective Questions
Here are some questions to help you reflect deeper.
This is where you’re headed, don’t limit yourself. You’re not building a stranger. You’re creating and uncovering the best version of yourself!
Imagine you have become the leader you aspire to be.
Your leadership vision is the clear, compelling image of the leader you want to become, not based on who you don’t want to be, but based on your highest self. It’s not about perfection, it’s about alignment with your values, strengths, and purpose.
This vision often feels intimidating or vague because it’s new, unfamiliar territory (your subconscious mind hates the unknown). But that’s exactly why it’s powerful. The clearer your vision, the easier it becomes to make decisions, take action, and grow into it.
A leader who once struggled with delegation envisions becoming someone who empowers others with trust and clarity.
They imagine their future self running meetings where team members feel seen, heard, and confident. They picture themselves mentoring others, leading with calm, and showing up with presence and purpose.
They don’t just think about what they do, they also imagine how they feel while doing it.
It is time for you to refer back to your fears & obstacles and use the data to create a stronger vision!
Your future self is like a beautiful station you’ve never been to, it feels exciting but unknown. The route isn’t fully mapped out, and sometimes you wonder if you’ll get there. However, remember this is what we are creating here!
But the more often you picture it, the clearer the station becomes. You start to recognize landmarks along the way. The train (your effort and growth) is already in motion.
You are not lost, you are arriving.
Close your eyes. Imagine it’s 3–5 years from now. You are the leader you’ve always hoped to be.
Now write:
- What do people say about you when you’re not in the room?
- How do you speak, think, and behave in your role?
- What is different about how you make decisions?
- What’s the atmosphere like in your presence?
- What parts of that leader are already alive in you today?
You’re not building a stranger. You’re uncovering the best version of yourself.
