Here are some questions to help you reflect deeper- your answers will help uncover the kind of leader you are meant to be! 

Public figures, colleagues, mentors, teachers, family, parents, or anyone from your network who influenced you. 

  • Their skills, competencies, qualities, and leadership styles. 
  • Traits like communication, resilience, empathy, vision, or decisiveness. 

Your past experiences shape your beliefs about leadership. What you admire in others often reflects what you're striving to embody. 

  • List all the leaders who have influenced you. These can include public figures, colleagues, mentors, teachers, family members, or anyone from your network.
  • Note down the specific qualities or traits you admire in each person.
  • Look for patterns, remove any duplicate traits that show up across different leaders.
  • Organize your insights in a Google Sheet or Excel file for easy reference as we move forward.
